A lot of times I am asked what is
a "healthy weight loss diet"? There is no easy answer to
this question and like I said before, I am not a doctor or
certified in nutrition. I am only speaking through
personal experience of losing weight and fighting many battles
of healthy weight loss diets.
When I used to work out heavily
with weights, if I lost as little as 5 pounds that could
seriously effect my overall strength and it was quite
noticeable. This usually occurred when I lost more
weight than I should have quickly. This is not a good idea
unless you are desperate to fit into a dress or suit and don't
want to spend the money to buy a new one or get it hemmed!
In my opinion during a healthy
weight loss diet you will lose 2-3 pounds a week while dieting.
By losing it slowly you are not risking your health by dropping
your daily calorie intake or exercising too often.
